  • On the morning of your wedding, I’ll arrive promptly with my luxury makeup kit, professional lighting and seating. I always allow plenty of time to ensure a calm, relaxed and fun morning. Your time in the chair should be a special moment just for you.

    My role goes far beyond applying your makeup, I will be there right up until you are ready to walk down the aisle, making any touch ups and ensuring you feel calm and ready… and the most beautiful version of yourself.

    I will also be there to offer a helping hand with any little jobs such as drying bouquets, fastening shoes and helping bridesmaids with dresses (You would be amazed at some of the things I’ve found myself helping with on a wedding morning!!)

  • Your bridal makeup preview is a relaxed 2 hour appointment designed to help us get to know one another and to start bringing your vision to life.

    We will chat (a lot) about what you like and don’t like when it comes to makeup, what look you would like to achieve and have a look through any inspiration images you have. I will spend time encouraging you to be completely honest, it is a safe space to explore different options and make adjustments until we create a look you love!

    It is also a great opportunity to experiment with the details you’re unsure of and want to try before your wedding day such as lashes, a different lip colour or a soft winged eyeliner. By the end of your appointment you should be feeling confident and excited for your wedding day makeup!! There is never any pressure for you to say you like something if it doesn’t feel quite right.

  • Your bridal party play such an important role on your wedding day and they deserve to feel just as special!

    Whether it’s mums, bridesmaids, bridesmen or flower girls, each person will receive the same level or care and attention. I take time to learn how each individual wants to look and feel, creating makeup that enhances their natural beauty and leaves them feeling comfortable and confident.

    The wedding morning is about more than just makeup, it’s about creating a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels looked after and excited to celebrate.

    It’s so special to have all of your loved ones around you getting ready, It is important to me that everyone leaves my chair feeling beautiful and the best versions of themselves.

  • Travel is charged at 0.65p per mile for a return journey from my home address to your venue

    Parking charges will be added where applicable

    A change of venue during the morning is charged at £40

    For venues located more than 2 hours away, accommodation for the night before the wedding will be required

    If you would like me to stay for up to two hours after the ceremony for touch ups, this can be added for £200

  • When you book me for your wedding makeup, you are investing in more than your wedding makeup. From the moment you enquire, I will take the time to get to know you and understand your vision.

    If I receive another enquiry for your wedding date within 4 weeks of your quote, I will always contact you first, giving you the opportunity to secure your date if you’re still considering booking.

    Once your booking is confirmed, your wedding day is exclusively yours. I won’t take on any other weddings that day, allowing me to dedicate my time and energy entirely to you and your bridal party.

    Throughout your wedding planning, I am here whenever you need me. Whether you have questions about skincare and prep, want to discuss makeup ideas, share inspiration or just need some reassurance, I’m always happy to help.

    My aim is to provide a calm, personal and luxury experience (with some fun thrown in) until you are ready to walk down the aisle.

  • AGREEMENT

    The bride/person named on the contract, agree Amy Louise Beauty shall provide services to apply the best of her abilities, in the manner described in this document. This is a binding contract which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement. Client assumes responsibility for all collection costs and legal fees incurred should enforcement of this contract be broken.

    LIABILITY

    All brushes, tools, and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported prior to application. The Client agrees to release the Artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

    CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

    In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled event, Amy Louise requires a notification in writing 30 days prior to the original event date. If cancellation happens after the 30 day deadline the Client is responsible to pay the full amount. This is the only method of cancellation I will accept. The down payment is non-refundable in any case of cancellation.

    CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES

    It is the Clients responsibility to provide a safe and adequate working environment for the Artist. The location must include:

    • Some natural lighting

    • Enough space

    • Outlets

    • Space for makeup and brushes

    • Maintaining clear communication

    • Free parking or paid parking that will be billed to the client

      PAYMENTS

      A retainer fee of £100 is due at the time of booking; this payment is non-refundable and must be paid in order to secure your event day. Remaining balance needs to be paid 4 weeks before the wedding day, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made by bank transfer.

      TRAVEL

      A mileage/travel time fee will be charged as follows: 50p per mile (minimum of £20) based on a return journey from my home to your venue. Any more than 2 hours travel time would require accommodation to be provided. A £30 transfer fee would be charged if your booking requires moving between venues during the morning.

      PHOTOGRAPHY

      Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use and advertising purposes online and printed material. Full credit will be given to any professional photos and videos taken by photographers and videographers.
